PRAYER OF COMMITMENT and DEDICATION


Heavenly Father, our Creator, and Our God, we praise you, we honor you and we glorify you for this privilege to come to you with humble and contrite hearts and in prayer. We acknowledge you as our Abba and God, the
source of our life, strength and all wisdom, knowledge and understanding, the fountain of blessings,graces and healing. You are the Word of Life, the Light of the world, our Good Shepherd. We dedicate ourselves to you and commit our life as a full pledge member of the Catholic Holy Scripture Group.

We commit to follow your Commandment of Love, To Love God with all our minds, with all our hearts, with all our strength and with all our Life to put you First before everything else, to Love ourselves and to Love our fellow men.

We commit and dedicate ourselves in Reading, Studying, Sharing and Living Your Holy Words in the scripture and in prayer all the time and be the light and salt of the world in our own simple way as you will.

We commit to attend the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and receive the sacrament of penance regularly, pray the Holy Rosary Daily, a time for a dialogue with the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, devotion to the Divine Mercy and apostolate work.

We commit and dedicate to attend our regular Bible Study and Sharing, Flock Prayer Assembly, and other activities of your flock.

We commit and dedicate to fulfill our mission, “Go into all the World and Preach the Gospel to all creation…” written in Mark 16:15, to Preach and Heal and bring your Words of Life to every one.

We commit and dedicate to serve you in the ministry of your Preaching and Healing through the Catholic Holy Scripture Group and to defend and Live the teachings of Jesus Christ through the Holy Catholic Church.

Abba our Father, we beg you to bless us, strengthen us and give us the grace of fulfilling all these promises of commitment and dedication to do your will through the Catholic Holy Scripture Group.

We beg you to pour on us your Holy Spirit and the gifts that we need in Preaching and Healing the dying world. Protect us with your Love and use us with Power and Authority so that we could proclaim your Good News boldly like your beloved apostles. May we be your voice, healing hands and light as we go and make a difference.

As we kneel and pray in front of you and as our Spiritual Adviser and your representative of the church, Rev. Fr. David Procalla, DCC, bless us, be with us Father wherever you want us to be, to proclaim your Good News of salvation. We submit to your Most Holy Will.

As you commanded your apostles to go and preach, Here I am Lord, your servant, Send Me….

We ask all of these in Jesus powerful name in the unity of the Holy Spirit One God forever and ever….AMEN.
